The production of autoclaved lime-sand bricks is an ordinary lime-sand brick made of sand and lime as the main raw material, pigments and admixtures are allowed, prepared from blanks, pressed into shape, and cured by high-pressure steam.
①The silica content in the sand should be greater than 65%
②The clay content in the sand should be less than 15%
③The total amount of potassium oxide and sodium oxide in the sand shall not exceed 2.5%
④The sand should not contain organic impurities such as gravel, grass roots, and bark.
⑤The moisture content of the sand shall not exceed 6%.
