Steam-cured lime-sand brick equipment, block quicklime is poured into the hopper, crushed by a crusher, sent to the quicklime bin through the elevator, and then entered into the ball mill by the vibrating feeder for mixing and fine grinding to make cementitious material for production , and then sent to the cement bin of the batching hopper for storage. All kinds of raw materials are discharged through the disc under the silo and controlled by the conveying equipment. After being measured according to a certain ratio, they are discharged into the mixer in sequence according to the order of sand and lime cement, and mixed with water to make a mixture. It is sent to the digestion bin, the digested mixture is stirred again, and then the mixture is fed into the feeder and pressed into shape.
The slurry mixture is fed into the press mold of the steam-cured lime-sand brick equipment, and pressed into adobes. Each molding cycle is about 1 to 2.5 seconds, and the adobes are stacked on the steam-cured trolley. The steaming car is pulled by the tractor into the embryo pre-yang room through the ferry car, and then enters the autoclave for curing after marshalling. After curing, the steam-cured lime-sand brick equipment and products are pulled out by the tractor to the track behind the kettle, and then the trolley is transported to the finished product yard, and the appearance inspection is carried out at the same time, and they are stacked in groups.
