The staff should have an understanding of the mold material, replacement and operation of the brick machine. First of all, the hollow block machine tool mold uses a unique combination mold structure, such as the presser foot and wearing parts, which needs to be replaced to save mold costs. When testing the equipment, first add the gear reducer to the gear oil as needed, inject lubricating oil into each lubricating component, and check whether the power supply meets the electrical requirements (three-phase 380V). After the safety check is correct, turn on the power and debug the mold box first. Whether it is free to move up and down the mold, if there are any adjustments, see if there is any jam or similar situation until it moves up and down freely.
During the work of the brick machine mold, the staff needs to debug the mold, after the material is stirred, release the mixer, and then start the motor on the brick machine equipment. When the lifting to the two hooks stops, place the appropriate tray into the vibration. On the platform, restart the lift motor, stop the mold box on the pallet, and then shovel the mixed material into the mold box. After the material is sufficient, start the lower vibration for 3 to 5 seconds to stop, and then use the material target. The material of the mold box is flat, the excess material is pulled to the ground, the handle is pulled down, the mold falls freely, the upper and lower vibration motors are activated, the two limit cards are stuck on the stopper to vibrate, the residual vibration completely disappears, start The motor starts. Wait for the hook to catch the motor to stop, and then use a forklift to transport the completed burn-free bricks with the pallet and complete the cycle.
